Mentorship & Life Skills
Real conversations that help youth build confidence, character, and a stronger sense of possibility.
Police Athletics / Activities League
PALS brings young people, deputies, and community leaders together through mentorship, learning, and memorable experiences that build trust across Harris County.

What we do
PALS is a nonprofit partner to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. We create positive opportunities for young people to meet the people who serve their community, develop life skills, and discover what they can achieve.
Every conversation, practice, class, and event is designed to build trust, encourage healthy choices, and strengthen the community we share.
Real conversations that help youth build confidence, character, and a stronger sense of possibility.
Active experiences that teach teamwork, goal-setting, strategy, and camaraderie beyond the field.
Hands-on learning, events, and outreach that bring youth, families, and deputies together.

From back-to-school supplies and youth camps to career exposure and community events, PALS turns local support into tangible moments of encouragement for Harris County youth.
